The Supertree headquarters occupies the third floor of BOC Tower — one of the emblematic structures in Pipera, owned by Globalworth and LEED-certified, positioned minutes from metro access. Currently operating across 2,200 square meters, with an additional 3,500 square meters under development, scheduled for launch by the end of 2026–2027.
Within less than a year of operation, Supertree already hosts over 150 members and 30 resident companies, with growth continuing.

The coworking zone provides flexibility for various work styles, ranging from dynamic open spaces to private offices and executive suites. Supertree provides access to five premium meeting rooms, fully equipped for presentations with flexible configuration options, plus two open areas for semi-formal gatherings, company presentations, or networking events, with capacity up to 80–100 people.
At BOC Tower's ground level, two emblematic event spaces — Cinema Hall (up to 170 participants) and Conference Hall (120–140 participants) — recently renovated and fully equipped, are operated exclusively by Supertree and designed for corporate events, private functions, and impactful brand experiences.
Beyond physical space, what truly differentiates Supertree is its strategic component. Members access consulting services — legal, financial, marketing, HR — plus an active community built around relevant events and quality connections. It has already hosted events organized by Forbes Romania, global FMCG leaders, and some of Romania's most ambitious entrepreneurs.
A complete new floor — 3,500 square meters of modern spaces — is under development, designed for mid-sized and growing companies, with private offices ranging from 50 to 500 square meters.
