International Business Development - Preparing yourself and your team for success

The second meeting of CIBO – Creating International Business Opportunities will be taking place on 12 May 2021.

The agenda for this event titled 'Preparing yourself and your team for success', will look at:

• How to help your team understand international business opportunities and get excited about them.

• How to prepare for different ways of doing business.

• Understanding specific cultural differences when doing business in Romania and Malta.

The event, which will also include time for networking, will be led by Valérie Cabay, a Malta based specialist in intercultural management and Jaco Fok a change and innovation leader currently working in Romania.

This event is free of charge but is limited to a maximum of 100 participants.
